Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, graduated in Economics from the University of Bari. Scientific director and lecturer on financial statements and auditing at the School of Management, LUM Jean Monnet University. Founding Partner of the integrated consulting firm I.CON is currently a Director of Pastificio Riscossa S.p.A., Impact Manager of Abbi Holding S.r.l., Chairman of the Sustainability Commission of the Trani Association of Chartered Accountants, Member G.B.S. (ETS Financial Reporting and Sustainability Group) and a member of several national UGDCEC study committees including “Sustainability and Business Reporting.” He holds various positions as statutory auditor and as chairman and/or member of boards of auditors and serves as a supervisory body (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001).

He has more than 14 years of experience in the field of auditing and accounting organization working as a Manager within leading international auditing firm. He performs specialized consulting and support in the following areas: financial statements prepared in accordance with OIC and IAS/IFRS accounting standards, management control, business and financial plans, CTP (civil and criminal), company valuations, reorganization of corporate structure, transfer pricing, patent box as well as restructuring agreements and attestation of reorganization plans. In addition, he has significant experience in the areas of Non-Financial Statement, Sustainability Report, Benefit Society and Impact Manager.
