Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, graduated in Economics from the University of Bari. A former senior manager in a leading auditing firm, he has more than 20 years’ experience in auditing and accounting organization. He also advises on the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, prepared in accordance with national and international accounting standards, on listed and unlisted companies; analysis of internal control systems, including in the context of SOA 404 regulations; preparation of budgets and business plans; assistance in conversion activities to international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP); assistance in the implementation of management control systems; company valuations and impairment tests.

She has also been a lecturer at LUM Jean-Monnet University, as part of master’s programs related to statutory auditing.
